NEW JERSEY FASHION WEEK ANNOUNCES DESIGNERS - Spring/Summer 2012

DC PR Worldwide at a press conference with Hoboken’s Mayor Dawn Zimmer announced today plans for its second season of New Jersey Fashion Week. New Jersey Fashion Week sponsors in attendance included Dove Chocolates, Coca Cola, vitaminwater® zero, Eric Alt Salons and LA Sunset Tan- New Jersey.

The move to the chic city of Hoboken has already generated positive feedback from buyers, editors, press and celebrities as many commented the need for a refreshing locale with plenty of parking and public transportation readily available for show-goers. Not to mention the backdrop of New York City that gives an eye of inspiration for participating designers that aspire to make their name in the highly competitive Big Apple.

New Jersey Fashion Week is already scheduling its Spring/Summer 2012 designer line up which includes exceptional talent hailing from New York, Paraguay, Haiti, Philippines, Canada, Florida, and naturally, New Jersey so far.

New Jersey Fashion Week will present the following designers: Gwen Beloti, Dark by Fusion Apparels, Prajje 1983, Elena V. Collections, Justice Belle, Jean-Ralph Thurin, CONQUER STYLE,  Alexandra Miranda Sangillo, Deztani, GOOROO MINI, and HR Fashion.

Held during breast cancer month, Susan G. Komen, North Jersey Affiliate continues to be the charity of New Jersey Fashion Week. Open to the public as well as the fashion industry, last year, New Jersey Fashion Week garnered over $8000.00 donation for the organization from ticket sales, donations and silent auction items.

Donnella Tilery will extend runway shows to include a “Passionately Pink - Celebrities on the Runway” show featuring notable celebrities matched up with their favorite designer walking the runway in support of Susan G. Komen, North Jersey Affiliate.

The move to Hoboken comes after an enthusiastic collaboration between DC PR Worldwide, Susan G. Komen, North Jersey Affiliate and the City of Hoboken.

“W Hotel- The Store will be collaborating with New Jersey Fashion Week on global promotion offering hand-selected designers that participate a chance to bring their designs to an international platform.

LA Sunset Tan one of newest sponsors of New Jersey Fashion Week 2011 will be hosting the exclusive invitation only Celebrity / VIP after party at the Chandelier Room in W Hoboken.

Neiman Marcus – Paramus will be hosting breast cancer survivors, VIP ticket holders at a beauty bar event in the Rotunda Room in their Paramus store.
