Misha Nonoo has tied the win for women’s ready-to-wear designer for the 15th annual Fashion Group International Rising Star of the Year Awards held yesterday, January 26th at Cipriani on 42nd street.
Misha is a New York based, British designer and quickly becoming known for offering modern women, who are interested in looking a bit more polished, “Savile Row” inspired tailoring with a romantic edge.
The Nonoo collection, recognized for its understated elegance, launched with fall 2011 and is growing a solid reputation for its sculpted shapes and proper fit, focusing on quality over trend.
The fall 2012 collection will be showing during New York Fashion Week in conjunction with Milk and MAC Studios on Friday, February 10, 2012.
