June 12th 2012 was not only the most important day for Poles and Russians during the EURO 2012 Championships due to the Poland – Russia match, but as well it was very special for the fashion and music industries because of „ESOTIQ PRESENTS FASHION LOVES FOOTBALL” Gala. Polish and International Celebrities arrived at the National Opera House right after the game at the National Stadium in order to celebrate in style the EURO 2012 Championships, as well as FashionTV’s 15th Birthday.
At exactly 10:30 pm the National Opera House has turned into the hottest and trendiest spot on Warsaw’s map. The biggest Polish and International celebrities strutted down the red carpet. Hofit Golan, Scott Henshall, Patrick Vieira, Bernard Lama, Jimmy Adjiovi-Boco, Christian Karembeu, Robert Pires, Oumar Dieng Natasza Urba?ska, Janusz Józefowicz, Edyta Herbu?, Magdalena Schejbal, Alicja Bachleda-Curu?, Ewa Minge, Marta Grycan, Mariusz Czerkawski, Tomasz Iwan, Katarzyna Skrzynecka, Natalia Lesz, Piotr ?wierczewski, Anna Samusionek, Kaja ?ródka, Aldona Orman, Ma?gorzata Potocka, Jakub Przebindowski were all greeted by Dictador Rum hostesses. The hosts of the evening were FashionTV’s Hofit Golan, who was dresses in Eva Minge garments, as well as British Designer Scott Henshall.
The soiree commenced with the performance of French music diva Patricia Kaas, who sang four songs: her favorite “Il me dit que je suis belle, as awell as three songs from her upcoming album „Kaas chante Piaf”. This project is made conjointly with Polish Composer Abel Korzeniowski in commemoration of the 50th death anniversary of Edith Piaf. The album will be release in Poland during the fall, whereas guests of the „ESOTIQ PRESENTS FASHION LOVES FOOTBALL” and FashionTV viewers heard for the first time „L’hymne a l’amour”, „Padam padam” & „La Vie en Rose” sung by Patricii Kaas.
During the Gala, fashion shows of the biggest designers were presented at the same time. Our guests as well as viewers saw fashion shows of: Jean Paul Gaultier, Escada, Gino Rossi, Georges Hobeika, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Igor Chapurin, On Aura Tout Vu. Eva Minge was the sole representative of Polish designers. She is the most famous Polish fashion designer who has been presenting her collections in the biggest fashion weeks in the world. Miss Polonia 2011, Marcelina Zawadzka was one of the models in the shows. Make up forever was the main make up artist during the shows, whereas Dessange was the main hair stylist. Polish Music artist Natalia Lesz also performed during the soiree. The most important element of the „ESOTIQ PRESENTS FASHION LOVES FOOTBALL” Gala was the charity auction of which the proceeds will go to the Diambars organization which builds and develops football schools in Africa. During this auction many priceless football memorabilia were auctioned, as well as a luxurious evening gown of Lebanese designer Georges Hobeika, who had dressed famous Hollywood actresses such as Eva Longoria. After the artistic part of the evening, restaurateur Marta Grycan together with Hofit Golan invited our guests for a delicious birthday cake made by her especially for FashionTV’s 15th Birthday. The honorary patrons of the events are the Mayor of Warsaw, Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz as well as His Excellency, Ambasador of the Russian Federation in Poland, Alexander Alekseev.
