The purpose of the multi-channel Media Center is to aggregate all of the media assets for the portfolio in one central location on the web. Offering new and fresh content, interviews with industry thought leaders, and a place where the food service community can engage with the entire portfolio throughout the year, the Food Shows Media Center will be an open forum for industry professionals to gather online.

“There is a proliferation of good content, emerging products and restaurant industry trends generated at our portfolio of food service and shows,” said Ron Mathews, Industry Vice President. “The Media Center will host all of this in one easy and convenient location for professionals to source, find and access the most effective foodservice strategies for their businesses. Our ultimate goal is to provide a ‘fresh perspective’ for their businesses through community, content, entertainment and sharing best practices.”

The Media Center will include a blog, videos, webinars, photos, polls, social sharing, product innovations galleries and an opportunity to contribute content. Designed to showcase common concerns for all food service professionals, there will also be some customized content to allow for regional differences, restaurant trends and market conditions.
