NetCom Learning has announced that Russell Sarder, author, entrepreneur, and CEO of Learning, was once again honored with the Top 10 Asian American Business Award presented by the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, marking the second year in a row that he’s achieved the distinction. The award recognizes innovative Asian minority-owned companies with the fastest three-year revenue growth. The award is the most prestigious recognition bestowed by the Asian American business community.

Sarder will accept this year’s award during a ceremony that will take place at the Morgan Stanley Worldwide Headquarters on May 1st. At the award ceremony, Sarder will give out a Sarder Scholarship to an Asian American student to use towards their pursuit of lifelong learning. Sarder said receiving the award for a second time is a great honor.

“It’s such an honor to be named among entrepreneurs with outstanding leadership, vision and accomplishments. Being included among the honorees is a privilege and something of which I am proud to be a part,” Sarder said.

The award recognizes the outstanding achievements that Sarder has accomplished in the past year. Sarder has led NetCom Learning to experience both physical and financial growth. NetCom learning has expanded to include locations in Washington, DC and Pennsylvania, added to its staff and set record-breaking revenue months, as well as achieving the best Q1 in NetCom Learning history in 2012. Such impressive growth also led to the company being named one of Inc. 500 | 5000 fastest growing companies in America. NetCom Learning was named to the 2011 IT Training Companies Watch List by TrainingIndustry.com. In addition, the organization won the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Management Technology for its Learning Central Management System.

The book received the honor of being a USA Book News Best Books Award finalist for Best Motivational Book.
