AsianInNY and Italian Language Inter-Cultural Alliance (ILICA) are taking another step towards a cultural generation … working towards a true ‘Inter-Cultural Alliance’.  Together, both ILICA and AsianInNY organizations, is offering  Scholarship to study in Italy.

AsianInNY is New York’s leader in Asian social networking and multi-cultural sharing platform.  ILICA an Italian American Foundation is a renaissance in strengthening the identity of the Italian language and culture.  With this, AsianInNY has, once again, developed a cultural experience that focuses on the exchange of two cultures – Italians and Asians.

Serving as a complimentary instrument towards ‘Inter-culutral Alliance’, ILICA and University for Foreigners of Siena (UNISTRASI) will offer a one month scholarship (including housing, round trip flights and one month Italian classes) to members of AsianInNY to learn the Italian culture and language in Siena, Italy.

AsianInNY is calling out to anyone who is interested in this wonderful opportunity and apply by submitting their resume and application by Jan 31st 2013 in 250-500 words, explaining why they should be chosen.  The winners of the scholarship will be chosen by ILICA organization and be announced at AsianInNY’s Annual Lunar New Year event in Feb 2013.
