The ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hosts International Youth Ambassadors Exchange Program

The 2014 Youth Ambassadors delegation from the Republic of China (Taiwan), led by Ambassador David Nanyang Lee , arrived in New York on Sept. 9th and are expected to stay through the morning of the 13th. Taiwan – New York – Hottest LOHAS Cycling Trend Spinning through NYC from Central Park

Taiwan Tourism Bureau in New York will be joining the 25th Annual NYC Century Bike Tour on September 7th to promote the trendy Taiwan cycling tours as well as the Taiwan Cycling Festival that will be held from November 8th to 16th. The annual NYC Century Bike Tour is considered as one of the most prominent Summer events in New York City. Participants may choose between Central Park or Prospect Park as their starting locations and challenge four different routes – The East River Loop (35 miles), The Waterfront (55 miles) , The Rockaways (75 miles), or the NYC Century (100 miles). All of these routes travel through famous NYC sceneries and landmarks such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan skylines and other historic streets in New York. More than 6,000 cycling enthusiasts are expected to participate in the event. « more »

Asian American Federation Appoints New Executive Director

The Board of Directors of the Asian American Federation (AAF) is delighted to announce the appointment of Jo-Ann Yoo as Executive Director, effective September 1, 2014.
