HKGNA Young Virtuoso Concert 2015 Bringing Hong Kong’s Best Young Talent to Carnegie Hall

Hong Kong Generation Next Arts Limited (HKGNA) is proud to present HKGNA’s 2014 Music Competition grand prize winners, pianist Yue Zhang and violinist Jeremy Hao, together with HKGNA Musical Angel, pianist Lee Shing, in concert on 11th July 2015 at 8:00pm. The concert will be held at Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall and tickets are available at carnegiehall.org and Carnegie Hall Box Office.

Currently studying at Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Mannes College respectively, Yue Zhang and Jeremy Hao both won the HKGNA Music Competition in 2014 with their impressive performances. Both Yue Zhang and Jeremy are scholarship students at their respective universities and have won top prizes in numerous competitions.

Visually impaired pianist Lee Shing, under the guidance of HKGNA Founder, Michelle Kim, performed in the HKGNA 2014 Music Festival and captivated audiences with his stunning artistic performance. Despite a serious vision impairment due to congenital retinitis pigmentosa, HKGNA Musical Angel Lee Shing has garnered high praise for his outstanding artistic abilities and performances and has won numerous awards for his personal and musical achievements.

These brilliant young artists will bring to the New York audience a repertoire from Brahms and Schubert to Piazzolla and Marc-Andre Hamlin.

The Concert is supported by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in New York.
